What we collect
At checkout: your name, email, Riot ID, region, and optionally your Discord handle. Your payment details go straight to the payment provider — we never see or store a card number.
Why we collect it
To deliver your top-up, to reach you if something goes wrong, and to keep a record of the order in case of a dispute.
Who else sees it
Staff members who fulfil orders, and our payment provider. We do not sell your data or hand it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order records stay for as long as we need them for accounting and dispute handling. Ask us to delete your account data and we will, apart from anything we are legally required to keep.
Cookies
WordPress and WooCommerce set cookies to keep your cart and session working. Analytics, if enabled, is listed on this page before it is switched on.
Third parties on this site
The Discord widget on the home page reads public member counts from Discord. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp — no data is sent until you tap it.
