1. Who we are
RichAsians is an independent top-up service run by the owner of the RichAsians Discord server. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc.
2. What you are buying
You are buying a top-up service. We add Valorant Points to the Riot account you nominate. You are not buying a code, a licence, or an account.
3. Information you give us
You must give us a Riot ID and region that you control. Orders placed against an account you do not own will be cancelled. We do not need and will not ask for your password or two-factor codes.
4. Delivery
Top-ups are handled manually by staff. Our target is under fifteen minutes and our running average is about five. Delivery can take longer during Riot store maintenance, patch days, or payment provider outages.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through the providers listed on the checkout page. Orders are only queued once payment clears.
6. Cancellations and refunds
See the refund policy. In short: full refund before a top-up starts, and a refund or re-delivery if we cannot complete it.
7. Behaviour
Chargeback fraud, staff impersonation, or abuse of staff in tickets gets you removed from the server and blocked from future orders.
8. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Riot Games
Riot Games sets its own terms for the Valorant client and its currency, including rules on third-party purchases. Read them and make your own decision before ordering. You use this service at your own discretion.
10. Changes
We can update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
