No. We need your Riot ID in Name#TAG format and your region, and nothing else. Any account asking you for your password or a login code is impersonating staff. Report it in the server.

We buy regionally, in volume, where points cost less, and we pass most of the difference on. Bigger packs are cheaper per point because our own cost per point drops as the order size grows.

Tell us straight away in the ticket. If the top-up has not started, we change the target and carry on. Once points have landed on an account, Riot cannot move them, so speed matters here.

Before delivery, yes, in full. If we cannot complete the order, you choose a refund or delivery once the problem clears. Delivered points cannot be reversed by anyone, us included. Full detail is on the refund policy page.

Riot sets its own rules about buying currency outside the client, and those rules can change. We have delivered tens of thousands of orders without incident, but we are not going to pretend we speak for Riot. Read their terms and decide for yourself.

Not to buy — checkout works on its own. But the server is where order tickets, vouches and price drops live, so almost everyone joins anyway.
