Our running average is about five minutes. Staff are online across GMT+7 to GMT+9, so late-night orders are normal. Patch days and Riot store maintenance are the two things that stretch it — when that happens, you will hear it from us in the ticket rather than being left to wonder.
No. We need your Riot ID in Name#TAG format and your region, and nothing else. Any account asking you for your password or a login code is impersonating staff. Report it in the server.
We buy regionally, in volume, where points cost less, and we pass most of the difference on. Bigger packs are cheaper per point because our own cost per point drops as the order size grows.
Asia Pacific, South East Asia, Korea, Japan, North America, Europe, Brazil and LATAM. If your region is not on the checkout list, open a ticket and ask — the list changes.
Card and the local options enabled at checkout, plus bank transfer and e-wallets for South East Asia through a ticket. Ask on Discord or WhatsApp if you want a method you do not see.
Tell us straight away in the ticket. If the top-up has not started, we change the target and carry on. Once points have landed on an account, Riot cannot move them, so speed matters here.
