If we cannot deliver
Riot store down, region unsupported, payment held — you get the choice of a full refund or delivery once it clears.
Wrong Riot ID
Tell us before the order is marked complete and we will fix the target account. Once points have landed on an account, Riot cannot move them and we cannot refund them.
Delivered orders
Valorant Points cannot be reversed after they are credited, so completed top-ups are not refundable. This is a Riot limitation, not a policy we chose.
How refunds are paid
Back to your original payment method, usually inside three business days. Provider timelines are out of our hands.
Chargebacks
Open a ticket first — it is faster than a chargeback and we would rather fix the problem. Chargebacks filed without contacting us get a permanent server ban.
